Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GlamGora mobile application (the "App"), operated from Varanasi, India. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using GlamGora

GlamGora lets you discover salons, parlours, and spas near you, and book appointments with them. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account (phone number and OTP access) secure.

2. Bookings

• A booking is a request to a salon for a service at a chosen time. The salon confirms availability; GlamGora is not the salon itself and does not directly perform the services listed.
• You may reschedule or cancel a booking from within the App, subject to each salon's cancellation window shown at the time of booking.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book in future.

3. Payments

You may pay for a booking online (via UPI, card, or net banking, processed securely by our payment partner Cashfree Payments) or pay directly at the salon. Prices shown in the App are set by each salon and may change. Refunds for cancelled or failed online payments are processed back to your original payment method, typically within a few business days.

4. GlamCoins

GlamCoins are a loyalty reward earned on eligible bookings and redeemable for discounts on future bookings, subject to the terms shown in the App at redemption. GlamCoins have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.

5. Reviews

You may leave a review after a completed booking. Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience. We may remove reviews that are abusive, fake, or violate these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Do not misuse the App, attempt to access it using a method other than the interface we provide, or interfere with its normal operation.
• Do not submit false booking requests or fraudulent payment information.
• Do not post offensive, misleading, or unlawful content in reviews or any part of the App.

7. Salon Partners

Salons listed on GlamGora are independent businesses, not employees or agents of GlamGora. GlamGora is not responsible for the quality of services performed at a salon; any dispute regarding the service itself should first be raised with the salon directly, and you may also contact GlamGora support for help.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, GlamGora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or the services booked through it.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
